Autumn Projects
Time is flying by a bit too fast. During autumn the workdays feel longer than usually since we’re seeing all the time even less sun. I’ve also been sick lately so that really doesn’t help the situation at all. I’m doing less crafting and (as you can notice from the blog) writing doesn’t seem to be really easy either.
But I have managed to craft something at least. In addition to amigurumis I have started felting and it’s a nice change for the crochet hook. At least you really wake up when you poke your finger nicely with the felting needle. But I have definitely had fun! About a month ago I started going on a felting course and already we have wet felted all kinds of things. At home I have mainly needle felted, however. I have decided to learn how to make dolls and sculptures out of wool by needle felting and here are some pictures of my recent work. What do you think?

I also took part in a short art clay silver course where we learned to make a pendant. The teacher was really nice and knew what she was talking about but I would have really wanted to have a longer course. I am a perfectionist, anyway, and few hours just isn’t enough for me. Well, at least I didn’t have to walk home empty handed.

It feels like lately it has been quite hard to finish anything. But now it’s time to change that!
